Nano Silver Dislike Bacteria. See Why

a test report

Page 2: Daufon Nano Silver Test Report

The following lab test report will show you exactly why Nano Silver dislike bacteria as much as we human does.

Overview of Test Environment

Date Tested : April 15, 2009Testing material : PVC Coil matTesting category: Antibacterial test & Antifungal test

- ASTM G-21 (antifungal test)

Our First Test

What is ASTM G-21?

ASTM G 21 is a Standard Practice for Determining Resistance of Synthetic Polymeric Materials to Fungi.

Our First Test

Conditions

The culture ground: NSGA MediumThe cultivating period: 2weeksThe condition of cultivation : 27℃ Humidity incubator

Test material 1 Test material 2 DAUFON AG+

Test material 3 Test material 4

As you can see from Test Material 2, DAUFON AG+ forms a protective field surrounding it. Therefore, this will stop the attack of fungal to DAUFON AG+. While the other 3 test materials, attracts more fungal and is a good place for fungal to grows.

- JIS L 1902 (antifungal test)

Our Second Test

What is JIS L 1902?

JIS L 1902 is testing for antibacterial activity and efficacy on textile products

Our Second Test (A)

As you can see from Test Material 2, DAUFON AG+ dispel bacterial and forms a “halo” beside it. This clearly shows that not only DAUFON AG+ is antifungal as shown in the previous test, it is also a powerful antibacterial agent.

Conditions

The culture ground: Nutrient Agar MediumThe period of cultivation: 1 DayRelevant mycelium: Escherichia coli

As you can see from Test Material 2, DAUFON AG+ dispel bacterial and forms a “halo” beside it. This clearly shows that not only DAUFON AG+ is antifungal as shown in the previous test, it is also a powerful antibacterial agent.

Conditions
