Simply refer to the following checklist, and if you have questions or need help, call or email the Special Events Office. Be sure to contact us to verify availability for the dates and times that you are considering.

Select An Event Area

Dave & Buster’s offers a variety of event venues, allowing us to cater to groups as small as 10 and as large as 2,500. Event Areas are described in detail in this Guide, including information on associated rental fees and revenue minimums during our Holiday Season. As mentioned, 10 guests is the minimum to book a private area event.

Consider Menu Offerings

Dave & Buster’s has a well-deserved reputation for outstanding food. Our buffet menus are freshly made by a talented team of chefs and are designed to coordinate with your event, timetable, and budget. Along with the great food at Dave & Buster’s, we also offer refreshing beverage choices. Simply select from one of our beverage service options to add the perfect finishing touch to your event. Please note that a buffet menu is required to reserve a private area for your event.

Select Entertainment & Team Building Options

You’ll have all of your guests cheering when you plan your next event at Dave & Buster’s. Our unique entertainment options are a great way to add excitement. We have several for you to choose from, including charging up Power Cards for play in the Million Dollar Midway, having a dinner event like Mystery Dinner Theater, or Team Building events like our Ultimate Quest.

Make It Happen

Once you’ve decided which of our great offerings you’re interested in, please call us at the Special Events Office to detail your event and create a contract. To reserve any space for your event at Dave & Buster’s, we ask that you provide a deposit in the amount of 50% of your revenue minimum. You may provide this deposit by credit card. There will be place on the second page of the contract to write in your credit card information, or by submitting the attached Deposit Information Sheet. We are unable to take payment over the phone. Please note that we accept all major credit cards, company checks, cashier’s checks, and cash, but no personal checks can be accepted.

Event AreasEvents must begin no later than 8:00pm. A minimum number of guests is required for each event. The purchase of a buffet menu is required when securing events with 20 or more guests. Revenue minimums and increase rental rates apply for all events during our Holiday Season and on Friday and Saturday nights throughout the year. Minimums are based on date and time selected.

Viewpoint and Executive Billiard Areas

These open-air areas contain world-class pocket billiard tables that can be covered with custom designed tops for dining and removed upon your request for play. A championship shuffleboard table is available in Viewpoint 1. Our billiard area is divided into two areas – Viewpoint 1 and Executive Billiards. Both areas can be combined for larger events. There is a minimum of 2-hour rental when securing this space.

Executive Billiards: 1 Billiard table, Accommodates 10 to 20 guests, $15 per hour – minimum 2 hours – revenue minimum applicableRegular Menu set up – Revenue minimum varies based on date/time.

Viewpoint 1: 3 Billiard tables & 1 Shuffleboard table, Accommodates 30 to 60 guests -$40 per hour – 2 hour minimum

Signature Event Areas

Enclosed private rooms suitable for business presentations and private parties. D&B can open early for your business meeting. Early opening fee of $100 applies for all events starting prior to 11:00am.

Boardroom 1 or 2: This is a private room containing a plasma TV perfect for up to 20 guests. $30 rental for 2 hours – revenue minimum applicable Regular Menu set up – Revenue minimum varies based on date/time.

The Showroom: Private room; includes a screen, LCD projector, microphone, DVD player, CD player, & VCR. Seats 100 to 178 and has a room rental of $250.

Party Room 1: Private room; Includes a screen, LCD projector, DVD player, CD player, & VCR. Seats 20 to 40 and has a room rental of $75.

Party Room 2: Private room; Includes a screen, LCD projector, microphone, DVD player, CD player, & VCR. Seats 30 to 50 and has a room rental of $75.

Rooftop Patio: Available for private and non-exclusive events, this area does not have AV. Built in bar area. Seats 20 – 60 for non-exclusive events and 60 – 135 for exclusive. Revenue minimums may apply.

Party Rooms 1 & 2 can be combined for larger groups of up to 100.

Also available…The Entire Facility!Dave & Buster’s is available in its entirety for private events.

Guest Capacity: 2,500. Further details are available upon request.

Entertainment and Team Building Options

POWER CARDS

Charge up the Fun on your event with D&B Power Cards! Power Cards are used for video game play in our Million Dollar Midway, which contains over 200 state-of-the-art electronic video games. We offer games from virtual reality, simulators, to classic arcade. Each card may be charged with “chips.” Average games take approximately 4-6 chips per game. Power Cards can be purchased at any dollar amount; there is a $2 activation fee for each card, which includes 10 chips towards game play.

The most popular Power Card Denominations are (activation fee included in pricing listed below):

$14.00 = 74 chips- approx. 15 games or around 45 minutes

$19.00 = 103 chips- approx. 20 games or around 1 hour

$24.00 = 145 chips- approx. 30 games or around 1 ½ hours

$29.00 = 192 chips (BEST BUY)- approx. 40 games or around 2 hours

TEAM BUILDING (Available Monday to Thursday from 11am-9:00pm and Friday until 5:00pm)

You’ll have all of your guests cheering when you plan your next event at Dave & Buster’s. The excitement of our entertainment options will make your function a unique event. Implementing group activities is a

great way to build team spirit and add a little fun. Just bring the team and leave the details to us. We offer team t-shirts, awards and prizes for the winning teams to groups of 20 or more. D&B does offer prizes at additional cost. Rental of areas/room are not included and are additional. Menus are priced separately.

Most of these activities may be performed during a buffet dinner, or cocktail setting.

DRINK TICKET SERVICEEach guest receives a predetermined number of tickets. Drink tickets can be

set good for anything, or limited to certain items. You may limit drink tickets to be good for a maximum dollar value, such as nothing over $7.00, or good for

beer, wine and/or well drinks only. Please note, that when placing a maximum dollar value on a drink ticket, if a guest wants a beverage that is more

expensive they would have to purchase that on their own. We are not able to combine drink tickets or have guests add money to a drink ticket for a more

expensive beverage. Charges are based on consumption so you are not charge for tickets there were

not redeemed. An 18% gratuity will be added to the total beverage tab.

CASH BAR OR NON- ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICEGuests are responsible for their own beverage service.

MARTINI OR MARGARITA BAR PACKAGES -20 guests minimum

Each guest receives drink tickets redeemable for a martini or margarita of their choice.

A station will be set up directly in the banquet area with a bartender creating each drink.

Guests will choose their own flavored rims and fruit garnish. Two drink tickets - $15 per person Three drink tickets - $21 per person

$50 bartender fee, one bartender needed for every 30 guests

A few words about our younger guests.

Dave & Buster’s welcomes you and wishes you the Best of Times during your visit with us. We respectfully remind you that Dave & Buster’s is primarily an adult establishment. We have long-standing house policies relating to the admission, conduct, and safety of underage guests. These policies, listed below, also are posted prominently at our front

entrance.

For admission, guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian. A guardian is a person 25 years of age or older who agrees to be responsible for the conduct, supervision and safety of the under age guests.

One parent or guardian can accompany up to a maximum of six underage guests.

While at Dave & Buster’s, underage guests must remain with their parent or guardian. Our other guests appreciate this and our insurance carrier requires it.
