Commercial Warm Air Furnaces Energy Conservation Standards and their Compliance Dates Gas-fired Commercial Warm Air Furnaces.

– Gas-fired commercial warm air furnaces manufactured on and after January 1, 2023 must have a thermal efficiency at the maximum rated capacity (rated maximum input) not less than 81 percent.

• Oil-fired Commercial Warm Air Furnaces. – Oil-fired commercial warm air furnaces manufactured on and after

January 1, 2023 must have a thermal efficiency at the maximum rated capacity (rated maximum input) not less than 82 percent.

Big Blue Oval Replacement

• Dakin, Lennox, York, and Rheem and sub brands have direct replacements for older Carrier units. What a great idea.

– Hello….we did that in 2004 with our 12.5 & 15 ton fitting the 48 DP or DR

• Most of these products are at todays minimum efficiency levels• Nortek Global HVAC is currently in the process of matching that
