Real Estate Agent:
1. Hopes and dreams- Buying a property starts with a desire for a different future. If
you look ahead 10 years into the future, where are you waking up? Drinking your
morning coffee? Parking your vehicle? Excercising? Gardening? Playing with your
children?
2. Fears of debt or risk- Have you had friends or family members get caught in a sub-
prime loan in the recent past? What have you gleaned from the web and/or news
that will influence your loan decision? How have you resolved past large debts
yourself? What information do you need when making large financial decisions?
3. Past experiences with real estate homeownership and subsequent results- Did you
purchase a property at the top of the market? Did you sell at the top of the market?
Have you lost everything and are rebuilding financially? Have you built significant
personal wealth through the last real estate market upturn? Are you tired of the
financial bleeding from negative cash flow of your rentals? What do you think of the
