Early Township

In order to support the Dawei Early Industrial Estate Project, the first phase of Dawei

Local Township aims to have the capacity to contain 32,000 workforces minimum

and will keep expanding in parallel along with the industrial development until fulfill

the 7 sq.km. designated area.

The goal of this town is to provide the most suitable atmosphere for the local

workforce along with the Energy Saving Concept. All the layout and building designs

are applied with the green concepts. The residential blocks are well calculated by the

perfect walking distance in order to create a walking-friendly town. The typical 5 floor

apartment building design orientation is to avoid daylight heat and take the

advantage of natural ventilation into the public area in the building. For the

landscape design, the field survey has been conducted for the purpose of relocating

and nursing the local endangered plants. All these natural treasures will be carefully

planted into all the township green areas and walkways.
