DAY 01: March 03, 2018: [IFM] Depart North America on an overnight flight into Lisbon, Portugal DAY 02: March 04, 2018: LISBON, PORTUGAL [IFM/D] Arrive into Lisbon, Portugal and transfer to hotel for a 4-night stay. Lisbon is the stunning capital city of Portugal, and is one of the most charismatic and vibrant cities of Western Europe. The city blends traditional heritage, with striking modernism and offers a rich and varied history, lively nightlife and is blessed with a glorious year-round climate. Let the chef teach you how to cook and enjoy a Portuguese typical 3-course lunch with fish, meat and the famous Portuguese custard tarts as dessert. Dinner this evening will be the traditional Portuguese tidbits to share on a terrace restaurant. This will be followed with a tour to a wine and cheese makers estate and also known for regional pastries. Lunch at a local restaurant then return to Lisbon for a free afternoon to explore on your own or just relax at the hotel. Dinner this evening in Lisbon will be on the south bank of the river. Visit to a Coop of fruit and vegetable growers with more than 89 shareholders and 150 employees, buys and sells fruit, potatoes and pre-pack agricultural produce still using a preservation method now in its 4th generation. Lunch at a fishermens village before visiting a family wine estate for old brandy and sparkling wine production and tasting. The estate also breeds horses and an option for a horseback ride. There will be a Cooking Class and Dinner at the countryside hotel this evening. DAY 07: March 09, 2018: COUNTRY REGION - EVORA, PORTUGAL [B/L/D] Enjoy a country style breakfast then visit the Cork oak tree forest and cork observatory. This is followed with a winery luncheon in the Alentejo region. In the afternoon, visit a black pig farm then travel to Evora, a UNESCO World Heritage City, with more than two thousand years of History and rated as one of the best Portuguese cities to live in. Check into hotel for an overnight stay and then enjoy the local cuisine at dinner. Visit to a hydroponic fruit farm then check in at a Beja hotel for an overnight stay. Dinner will consist of typical regional cuisine. DAY 09: March 11, 2018: BEJA,PORTUGAL - SEVILLE, SPAIN [B/L/D] After breakfast at the hotel, visit to an olive oil mill to learn the making and processing of olive oils. Say farewell to Portugal and drive into Spain to arrive at the hotel in Seville for a 3-night stay. Dinner will be at the hotel.

Day 10: March 12, 2018: SEVILLE, SPAIN [B/L/D] After breakfast, learn about the fascinating world of the preparation of the famed Iberian ham. You will see how traditional and natural practices are still used in the production of the finest quality Iberian Hams. Lunch will include a taste of local product, cured cheese, local home-made cakes and a selection of local wines. This afternoon enjoy a tour of Seville including admission to the Cathedral. Return to the hotel later this afternoon and enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 11: March 13, 2018: SEVILLE-ROYAL SCHOOL OF EQUESTIAN ART, SPAIN [B/L/D] Breakfast at the hotel then visit the Royal School of Equestrian Art. See the unique show… "How the Andalusian Horses Dance", an equestrian ballet accompanied by quintessential Spanish music and 18th century style costumes. Lunch at a local restaurant then visit a Sherry wine cellar and see the exciting world of the Sherry wines as well as enjoy the best native horse of Jerez de la Frontera and to complete the visit, what better than a walk along the best contemporary art in their Art Gallery, finishing the visit with a tasting of their wines. Dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 12: March 14, 2018: SEVILLE - RONDA - COSTA DEL SOL, SPAIN [B/L/D] Enjoy breakfast at hotel then travel to Ronda for some sightseeing of the city, famous as the birthplace of modern bullfighting. It has a superbly dramatic location, and owes its name (‘surrounded’ by mountains), to the encircling Serranía de Ronda. Visit a winery of Ronda's wines including lunch. This afternoon, drive to Costa del Sol for a two night stay.

Day 13 March 15, 2018: COSTA DEL SOL - MALAGA - COSTA DEL SOL, SPAIN [B/D] After breakfast, depart for Malaga for sightseeing. Málaga is a world apart from the adjoining Costa del Sol: a historic and culturally rich provincial capital. The tastefully restored historic centre is a delight: its Gothic cathedral is surrounded by narrow pedestrian streets flanked by traditional and modern bars, and shops that range from idiosyncratic and family owned, to urban-chic and contemporary.

Day 14: March 16, 2018: COSTA DEL SOL - GRANADA, SPAIN [B/L/D] Breakfast at the hotel followed by a visit to a Tropical Fruit cooperative. Drive towards Granada and enjoy a Granada city tour. Visit the Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens before enjoying a Tapas lunch. Afternoon at leisure. This evening enjoy dinner in a "Gypsy Cave" with Flamenco show.

Day 15: March 17, 2018: GRANADA - CORDOBA - MADRID, SPAIN [B/L/D] Drive to Cordoba and take in some sightseeing of the city including the Cathedral of Cordoba. Cordoba was founded by the Romans and due to its strategic importance as the highest navigable point of the Guadalquivir River, it became a port city of great importance, used for shipping Spanish olive oil, wine and wheat back to Ancient Rome. Later on, take a "High Speed Train" to Madrid for a two night stay.

Day 16: March 18, 2018: MADRID, SPAIN [B/L/D] A morning city tour of Madrid including lunch. Free afternoon to explore Madrid, Spain's central capital, a city of elegant boulevards and expansive, manicured parks such as the Buen Retiro, followed by a "Farewell Dinner" at a local restaurant.

Day 17: March 19, 2018: END OF TOUR [B/IFM] Following breakfast the hotel, check out and transfer to the Madrid-Barajas Airport and the flight back to North America.

Travelers requiring special needs such as

accommodation, meals must place this request

at time of reservation with Select Holidays.

Select Holidays will do their utmost to

accommodate these special requests, but

cannot be held responsible if such requests are

not fulfilled. Clients requesting special meals

or services, are responsible to accept these

meals or services as requested and as they are

supplied.

Optional Tours/Unused Services:

Please be advised that if a client books any

optional tour, which is not in the tour package,

the traveler is then using the right of choosing.

If the traveler diverts from the tour for any

reason, Select Holidays will not make any

refund for any unused portion of the tour

package.

Reservations/ Travel Documentation:

All travelers will be required to fill out a

“Passenger Information Form” and submit a

clear copy of their valid passport, prior to

travel documents being issued or completed.

Travel documents will be sent to the booking

Travel Agent or traveler (which ever applicable)

two to three weeks prior to tour departure

provided Select Holidays has received full

payment and other tour regulations have been

met.

Fuel/Currency Surcharges:

Select Holidays reserve the right to adjust

pricing that may be imposed by motorcoach

companies, airlines, cruise lines and/or other

travel related suppliers. Should the

international currency exchange rate change

substantially, from the time the brochures are

printed, Select Holidays reserves the right to

add the additional surcharge to the client to

cover any international currency exchange

shortfalls.

Baggage Handling:

Because of the heightened security measures at

airports and at some hotels, Select Holidays is

not responsible to handle any luggage and

this becomes the responsibility of the travelers.

Select Holidays is not responsible for lost

luggage at either airports and/or hotel and such

loss must be reported directly to airlines and/or

hotel as applicable.

Clients need to be aware that the roads and

terrain in some areas of the countries visited

will not always be what you may find back in

North America. Meals times, services and

menus may vary from what you may be used to

Booking Deposit: $2500.00 per person Final

Payment: is due November 27, 2017 Payment not received by rule and regulation

dates guide lining that tour, may result in the

travelers reservation being canceled and

booking penalties assessed against the traveler.

Late Reservations & Changes:

As late reservations need special administrative

attention, bookings made within 30 days of

departure require FULL payment before the

process of requesting rooms and tour space

begins. If we are unable to confirm the request,

a full refund will be made. If a booking is

cancelled once the tour has been confirmed,

cancellation penalties apply. To offset

administrative costs incurred by late changes, a

fee of an additional $250.00 per passenger will

be charged for late reservations, changes in

departure date and itinerary or a passenger’s

name, once travel documents have been

printed. The above fee is in addition to any fees

that may be charged by travel vendor.

Cancellation Fee:

91 days or prior: deposit is non-refundable;

90 days – 0 days prior to departure: 100% of all

monies paid are non-refundable & travelers

shall not be entitled to any refund from Select

Holidays for any portion of the trip not taken or

unused.
