Certifi cazione del meccanismo dei divani letto Felis I meccanismi utilizzati da Felis Felix srl sono certifi cati dal CATAS, in particolare la collezione « Dolce Sognare – Night and Day » e la collezione ARMAND .Il CATAS è l’istituto italiano per la certifi cazione, ricerca e prove nel settore legno-arredo. I test CATAS sono riconosciuti dai maggiori mobilieri internazionali (ios IKEA, Th ird Party Center per le norme CARB californiane , BIFMA USA, BS UK….)

I test si riferiscono alla normativa europea ENI 1725, in particolare :

- Esigenze di sicurezza secondo la norma EN 1725: 1998 par 6: controllo di assenza di sbavature e di angoli taglienti, con distanze tra gli elementi in contatto con gli utenti superiori a 25 mm

- Resistenza all’aff aticamento verticale secondo la norma EN 1725: 1998 par 7.3: 10000 cicli di 100 kg su i meccanismi senza deformazioni importanti

- Resistenza statica verticale secondo la norma EN 1725: 1998 par 7.6: carico progressivo di 100 kg sui meccanismi, per 10 volte, senza rotture.

- Resistenza dei longoni secondo la norme EN 1725: 1998 par 7.7: applicazione per un minuto di una forza di 120 kg sulla parte centrale delle traverse laterali senza deformazioni importanti.

- Normativa europea ENV 13759: 2000 di apertura e chiusura del meccanismo che deve resistere ad un test continuo di 2000 aperture e chiusure. I test sono stati tutti positivi con brillanti risultati, i nostri meccanismi hanno ottenuto la certifi cazione europea. Su ognuno di essi troverete un adesivo con il logo del CATAS a dimostrazione della qualità.

Certifi cation of the Felis sofa beds mechanism Th e mechanisms used by Felis Felix srl are certifi ed by CATAS, in particular the «Sweet Dream - Night and Day» collection and the ARMAND collection. Th e CATAS is the Italian institute for certifi cation, research and testing in the wood and furniture industry. Th e CATAS tests are recognized by the major international furniture makers (is IKEA, Th ird Party Center for the CARB Californian standards, BIFMA USA, BS UK...)

Th e tests relate to European standard ENI 1725, in particular:

- Safety requirements according to EN 1725:1998 Clause 6: Check for the absence of burrs and sharp corners, with distances between elements in contact with the users of more than 25 mm

- Resistance to vertical fatigue according to EN 1725:1998 Clause 7.3: 10000 cycles of 100 kg on the mechanisms without gross distortion

- Vertical static resistance according to EN 1725:1998 Section 7.6: progressive load of 100 kg on the mechanisms, for 10 times without failure.

- Resistance of the bed frame sided according to standards EN 1725: 1998 Clause 7.7: Application for a minute a force of 120 kg on the center line of the bed frame side members without gross distortion.

- European standard ENV 13759: 2000 for opening and closing of the mechanism which must withstand a continuous test of 2,000 openings and closings. Th e tests were all positive with brilliant results, our mechanisms have been certifi ed by the European Union. On each of them you will fi nd a sticker with the logo of the CATAS as a demonstration of their quality .

Le CATAS est le centre italien de recherche, développement et laboratoire d’essais pour le secteur du bois et ameublement. Les tests CATAS, réputés pour leur sérieux, sont acceptés et reconnus par les principales sociétés d’ameublement françaises et internationales (ios IKEA, Th ird Party Center pour les normes CARB californiennes, BIFMA USA, BS UK....)

Les tests se réfèrent à la normative européenne ENI 1725, et en particulier:

- Exigences de sécurité selon la norme EN 1725: 1998 par 6: contrôle d’absence de bavures et d’angles vifs, avec distances entre les éléments en contact avec l’utilisateur majeures à 25 mm

- Résistance à la fatigue verticale selon la norme EN 1725: 1998 par 7.3: 10000 cycles de 100 kg sur le mécanisme sans déformations importantes

- Résistance statique verticale selon la norme EN 1725: 1998 par 7.6: chargement progressif de 140 kg sur diff érents points du mécanisme, pour 10 fois, sans rupture.

- Résistance des longerons selon la norme EN 1725: 1998 par 7.7: application pour une minute d’une force de 120 KG sur la partie centrale des traverses latérales sans déformations majeures

- Normative européenne ENV 13759: 2000 d’ouverture et fermeture du mécanisme, qui doit résister à un test continu de 2000 ouvertures et fermetures.

Les tests ayant été positifs et les résultats brillants, nos mécanismes ont obtenu la certifi cation européenne. Sur nos mécanismes vous trouverez un logo adhésif ou un tag avec le logo CATAS et les références des tests.
