Talk about the story with your family – See if someone will listen to the story with you:

1. Point of view – who is telling the story? Who is the narrator in the story? How does this

affect the way you perceive the characters?

2. Discuss who the characters (people and animals in the story) are in the story. Compare

the characters – What are their similarities? Differences?

3. Discuss the setting (Where does the story takes place?)

4. Discuss what happened in the beginning, middle and end of the story.
