After scan rack, an unexpected asset is found compared to central record. Re-scan and/or visual inspect to confirm this mismatch


After scan rack, an asset that is suppose to be at this rack location was not found. Re-scan and/or visual inspect to confirm the missing asset.


Click Update Location to confirm asset’s

location with central server via WIFI

* Repeat this for all racks to complete floor walk


This entry suggest the asset has been

relocated from 1C1-D23 to 1C1-D22

#2 Arrange for physical asset relocation

• Relocate asset back to assigned (expected) location

• Next floor walk will pick up asset at correct location

• Next floor walk will pick-up asset

(3) Click upload to import the asset spreadsheet
