DC Trip 2010 Slated for February 24-26, 2010 just after the Washington APS meeting
Delegate composition began soon after SLUO 2010 election results, December, 2009
Budget limitations (<$10K), and a tight schedule limited delegation to six veterans and three skilled novices
To fill the big shoes of Steve Sekula, 2-year veteran and last year’s co-chair, Lisa Kaufman, together with SLUO Executive committee member and 1-year veteran, Bill Lockman, agreed to co-chair DC 2010 trip organizing committee.

Frenetic time before DC trip departure filled with role playing practice sessions, and visits to regional congressional offices
