The UNIFORTÉ Vision is that: “Our clients survive and prosper through change” After a successful business ownership and Management Consulting career helping organisations and their people improve their efficiency and capability to meet the future, in 2009, Christina wrote RIMER... Managing Successful Change which is a Professional Manual for Change Managers to deliver change in all environments. Based on RIMER, in 2010 Christina authored the Australia’s first National Competency Standards in Organisational Change Management and Australia’s first Diploma of Organisational Change Management. (DIP OCM) Christina’s contribution has been the catalyst for including change management as a core competence in Human Resource Management in Australia and the United States of America and Project Managers can choose change management electives in the Diploma of Project Management. Her contributions to the Change Management Industry have enriched Industry association standards. Graduates of the Dip OCM articulate to Masters level education, which establishes Change Management as a profession alongside Project Management, and taking its role within mainstream Management practice. Christina’s qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (majoring in Organisational Reform), Consulting, Training, Counselling, Executive Coaching, and a range of Project Management and human assessment frameworks. Her speaking and training background includes teaching change management internationally for the Griffith University MBA Program, and the Queensland University of Technology Masters Program.
