Dear Former C.C.C. June 22, 1991 I am George Chase formerlyof Bradford, Maine. Bornedin Atkinson. I was in the C.C.C. at Bar Harbor. Our Barracks was on long Hill I believe. I was in 37-38. Our leader I used to work for was old “Sol” –Sullivan hewas ex Army Officer. Worked on trails, Blackwoods,Governors Mansion, Cadillac Mt Communication, Fire look out and Trees and Gathered Seeds & Cones Box Cars full.

Rode tanks for GenGeorge Patton for the Bulge. Met Gen Patton at the Rheor River where we weredug in.
