Planned and hosted outreach events that included 15-20 minute presentations to
audiences of 50-75 customers. These presentations catered to each targeted group

others. Topics discussed in the past have covered: trends for the season, shopping

Showcases versatility and knowledge of other DORs such as payroll, scheduling, supply
orders, audits, merchandising. In addition, responsible for the planning and
execution of merchant duties whilst balancing an HR DOR. The QTD daily report
shows a growth in Women of 23% and Men’s of 8%.

Group Leader
Led a focus group discussion targeted to high school students with the purpose of
reflecting on their educational experience. The outcomes of this research were
requested and used by the Government of Alberta to further improve the
provincial education system.
