Event Driven Dynamic Queues Allocations based on Dictates concept & graph theory The Dictates concept enables accounts to be grouped in queues of “similar” customer cases for efficient collection management. The queuing criteria - rules are business user- defined and any customer or case attribute can be used as aqueuing criterion. All types of queues are supported (predefined, manual, dynamic etc.) and complex queue definition criteria as well. Dynamic real time response The solution integrates with existing technology infrastructure, leverages SOA architecture in order to facilitate the sharing of data, business rules, processes and functionality across channels.
