Lord, You invite all who are burdened to come to you. Allow Your hea-ling hand to heal them. Touch their soul with Your compassion for others. Touch their Heart with Your coura-ge and infinite love for all. Touch their mind with Your wisdom, that their mouth may always proclaim Your praise. Teach them to reach out

to You in their need, and help them to lead others to You by example. Most loving Heart of Jesús, bring them health in body and spirit that they may serve You with all their strength. Touch gently these lives which You have crea-ted, now and forever. Amen

Gospel: mark 6: 1-6 Who does he think he is?" and "She's just too much!" are common complaints used to belittle others. When Jesus first returned to Nazareth and preached in the local synagogue, his audience was amazed. They could not believe that one who had grown up in their midst could be such an outstanding teacher and healer. Perhaps they envied and feared the power they sensed in him. Because of their refusal to believe, Jesus could work few miracles among them. He understood that a prophet is not honored in his own hometown. So he moved on to other villages where the people welcomed him. 1.) When and why have others ever said to you "You're just too much" or "Who do you think you are?" when they disap proved of you? 2.) What might these complaints reveal about the ones who make them? 3.) What questions did the people of Nazareth have about Jesus?

Religious Freedom: As Catholics we are constantly called to live out our faith in our daily lives. In our Charities, we comfort the sick, feed the hungry, care for the poor, and protect life.

In marketplace, our values guide us. We strive everywhere to practice what we preach. Across America, our right to live out our faith is being threatened-from Washington forcing Catholic institutions to provide services that contradict our beliefs, to state governments prohibiting our charities from serving the most vulnerable. And around the world, its even worse-Catholic ‘s face persecution and even death for their witness. These rights are funda-mental. They belong to each and every human being. We cannot let them be trampled. We cannot remain silent. Please join the move-ment to protect our right to live out our faith. Sign up to learn how you can help save our religious freedom. For more information please visit www.Fortnight.org.

dwell with me. 2 Corinthians 12:9

Let the Count Down begin!!! After almost more than ten years in the making , thanks to the perpetual support and generosity of the many parishioners and friends of Epiphany, we are ecstatic to announce that the debt on Nano Nagle Hall is down to the final $200,000!!!! The infamous loan was once over 1millon. Nano Nagle Hall is the building that holds the two eighth grade classrooms, the school library, the middle school sci-ence lab, and the home of the Epiphany Eagles -gymnasium. Thank you to everyone who has, who is, and who will continue to sup-port the Capital Campaigns- without any of you this would not be possible. Thank you all and May God Bless each and everyone of you.

Libertad Religiosa:

No podemos quedarnos callados.
