What are they looking for?
• Ideally 6 months plus recruitment experience – this can be in a new business role and you are looking to move into a delivery focused position
• Experienced in IT recruitment
• Ability to prioritise vacancies and manage a number of roles at the same time
• Service delivery focused – ensure that the client and candidates always receive exceptional service
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and work with a high level of urgency
• Excellent work ethos
