We have our products tested by inde-pendent testing institutes (e.g. TÜV, GTÜ, MPA Braunschweig). In addition, we have our own, in-house testing laboratory, equipped with climatic chambers, tension test machines, blower door/temperature/airflow measurement devices for quality assurance purposes.

n RooftopAny openings of angled roofs, ranging from a slight angle to pitched roofs, must be sealed after construction. EISEDICHT® sealing collars keep moisture and water out of the roof structure.

n WallEISEDICHT® airtight sealing collars are integrated into wall components to estab-lish a flush-mounted connection for secu-ring the cables and pipes that run through the wall. EISEDICHT® sealing collars have a straight grommet that is attached to the opening flexibly and permanently hermeti-cally to compensate for tensile forces and any mechanical influence.

n Roof extensionElectrical lines, ventilation systems and exhaust gas systems penetrate the air-tight layer in the roof extension. Our sealing collars seal these openings pro-fessionally. EISEDICHT® products ensure the required leakage measurements (blo-wer door test) despite the presence of openings.

n FloorOur airtight sealing collars can be used as an airtight inclusion into various floor profiles in order to prevent rising moisture underneath the floor panel. They minimise the high effort required for openings in the floor area.

The cover of a building must fulfil a great deal of structural and physical require-ments. Openings constitute a particular challenge for heat and moisture protec-tion. Our Tyvek® Airtight Sealing Collars are resistant to tears, water and ageing. They are perfect for fast and permanent sealing of openings in the building cover.

The Tyvek® adhesive flange offers a par-ticularly high level of adhesion. Its grom-mets have a strain-relieving function and are made of permanently flexible rubber (EPDM), which can be used in a wide temperature range. EISEDICHT® sealing collars are the perfect choice for sealing cables, pipes, lines and ventilation cross-sections in the building cover.

EISEDICHT®- Airtight Sealing Collars Alu-Butyl

Permanently seal feed-throughs in brickwork, fibreboard and concrete floors

We have developed the EISEDICHT® alu-minium butyl airtight sealing collars for metal, plastic and mineral or absorbent surfaces. Their extremely high adhesive force makes them a perfect solution for the professional sealing of openings in the building cover, especially with difficult materials.

Aluminium butyl airtight sealing collars are also highly resistant to UV and are water-proof against unpressurised water (0.02 bar).

Its grommet is made of permanently flexi-ble rubber (EPDM), which is very resistant to ageing and can be used in a wide tem-perature range.

The aluminium butyl airtight sealing col-lars can be used in basement areas. Its high adhesive force also makes it suitable for use with common surfaces in timber frame construction, such as fibreboard and OSB boards.

The EISEDICHT® fleece butyl airtight sealing collars are perfect for fast and permanent sealing of openings. The fleece butyl collars can be plastered over easily. They allow for clean plaster joints when sealing openings in brick-work, fibreboards and concrete. In addi-tion, they are suitable for use with floor screed, where they simultaneously provi-de sealing against rising moisture under-neath the floor panel.

Its grommets are made of permanently flexible, natural rubber (EPDM), which is very resistant to ageing and can be used in a wide temperature range.

The adhesive flange consists of a butyl glue layer combined with PP honeycomb fleece.

The EISEDICHT® M-Tec6 airtight sealing collars are produced using a 2K process. The carrier material consists of Tyvek® or aluminium butyl with an age-resistant glue coating. They are adhesive and per-fect for fast and permanent sealing, e.g. for cables and empty conduits. They are further water-repellent, highly UV-resis-tant and strain-relieving.

Tyvek® M-Tec6 airtight sealing collars are suitable for vapour barriers or retarders and sarking membranes in indoor or out-door areas.

Alu-Butyl M-Tec6 airtight sealing collars are suitable for fibreboards, wood com-posite boards, OSB boards, brickwork and concrete.

The EISEDICHT® HOTSchott collars have a particularly heat-resistant grommet. Openings in exhaust pipes require parti-cularly temperature-resistant sealants.

HOTSchott sealing collars have been tes-ted by TÜV-Süd and can withstand tem-peratures of up to 250°C. This allows you to seal such openings of the airproofing layer permanently

Our HOTSchott collars are the best match for the high requirements of the German market for such applications.

As usual, our sealing collars are available in many different sizes to provide the right sealing for all commercially available pipe sizes.

The EISEDICHT® FlatroofSEAL collar al-lows you to seal openings in flat roofs hermetically. Its grommet protrudes to the inside. This allows professional thatchers to seal openings in flat roofs hermetically and flush-mounted on the vapour barrier.

When gluing on the roof, ensure that the installation surface is dry and free from dust. Specific surfaces should be pre-treated using the EISEDICHT®-BUBI-LF adhesive primer.

The EISEDICHT® FlatroofSEAL sealing collar allows you to protect the integrity of the air-tightness layer in your flat roof permanently – even when openings are present. It is suitable for ventilation and drainage pipes and other openings in the flat roof.

The EISEDICHT® MiniSEAL sealing collar has been developed specifically for use in narrow spaces. Despite its reduced size, the MiniSEAL collar has all advantages of the other EISEDICHT® airtight sealing collars.

Only the size of its adhesive sleeve sets the MiniSEAL apart. The advantage of this product becomes particularly clear in nar-row spaces.

MiniSEAL allows you to seal openings in small environments (e.g. roller shutter ca-sings) securely, easily and permanently. The size of the adhesive flange requires careful handling of the tensile load. Ex-cess strain on the adhesive surface must be avoided. For this purpose, it is recom-mended that you fixate the conduit close-ly after the sealed spot.

The EISEDICHT® RoofSEAL roof collars are universally suitable for sealing ope-nings in roofs, e.g. in solar plant or ther-mic device holders, hanger bolts and an-tenna masts or on other components of a sloping roof. Thanks to the surface made of creped aluminium and the all-over bu-tyl coating, the RoofSEAL roof collars ea-sily adapt to various irregularities such as tiles.

Of course, our sealing collars are availa-ble in many different sizes to provide the right sealing for all commercially available roof structures.

The “Universal Device Holder Set GD22” system contains a combined attachment and sealing solution for rooftop mounts.

Airtight electrical installations without an installation levelThis plug sealant allows for the airtight in-stallation of cavity wall connector sockets into the fastening level. The generously sized adhesive flange is installed directly on the existing vapour barriers, vapour retardants and oriented structural boards.

SocketSEAL helps professionals to con-nect individual electric cables or emp-ty conduits with a size of up to 25mm completely airtight. Both the cables and the pipes run through integrated sealing membranes and are simultaneously per-manently sealed.

SocketSEAL is an excellent choice for prefabricated constructions in the fields of timber frame and container construction.

EISEDICHT® SEALplugs facilitate airtight connection of empty conduits. Individual electric cables can penetrate the SEAL-plugs, which will enclose them hermeti-cally.

EISEDICHT® SEALplugs is available in dif-ferent versions. Three sealing lips seal the SEALplugs in its installation pipe. Besides its airtight sealing of the electric cables, the SEALplugs also prevents smoke being transmitted through the installation pipe in the event of a fire.

Prüfobjekt: Gehäuse aus Spanplatten mit 28 Dichtstopfen der oben genannten Marke. Die Dichtstopfen waren in Kabelrohren montiert mit Kabeldurchführungen. Ergebnisse: Mit Hilfe des BlowerDoor MessSystem und dem DG-700 wurden folgende Werte für den Volumenstrom sowie a-Wert bei 10 Pascal Druckdifferenz erzielt: Volumenstrom bei 10 Pascal bezogen auf 28 Dichtstopfen:

It allows acrylate, butyl and bitumen-rub-ber adhesive tapes to be attached to all absorbent mineral substrates such as plaster, concrete, cement plaster, aera-ted concrete, brick and sand-lime brick masonry with smooth joints, as well

as on wood materials and wood. EISEDICHT®-BUBI LF adhesive pri-mer also facilitates the easy use of the-se tapes on polystyrene, EPS, XPS, etc. BUBI LF adhesive primer is self-adhesive.

The EISEDICHT® squeegee is used as an adhesive aid for the adhesive sleeve. The squeegee is extremely stable with a high Shore hardness. The EISEDICHT® adhe-sive flange will have a higher adhesion upon proper treatment with the squee-gee.

Please refer to the bold text for the in-creased strength values. We recommend using the EISEDICHT® squeegee. EISE-DICHT® products have excellent adhesi-ve properties that need not necessarily be induced by the EISEDICHT® squeegee.
