1. The Department issued DepEd Memorandum No. 95, s. 2013 dated June 7, 2013 fordissemination of Republic Act (RA) No. 10535 dated February 4, 2013 entitled An Act to Setthe Philippine Standard Time In All Official Sources Throughout the Country, to Provide Fundsfor the Installation, Operationand Maintenance of Synchronized Time Devicesto beDisplayedin Key Public Places and to Declare the First Week of Every Year as National TimeConsciousness Week ( enclosed ).

2. For the implementation of RA No. 10535, Schools Division Superintendents / Heads of PrivateElementary andSecondary schools should enjoin all their principals / school heads to adhere toits provisions.

3. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum and its enclosures is desired.
