Our extensive experience working for sophisticated clients has seen RBG deliver high end construction, fitouts and refurbishment projects such as Lamborghini and Bentley showrooms, and education facilities for SCECGS Redlands.

Our most recent projects have been a range of bespoke custom fitouts within the Sydney metropolitan area and the first ever exclusive 5 Series and above BMW Dealership in Mosman.

RECENT PROJECTS

BRICKWORKS SYDNEY

Located in the prominent SFV House at the corner of Barrack and Clarence Streets in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, RBG proudly present the recently transformed flagship Design Studio for our client, Brickworks. RBG transformed the existing heritage building into a stunning Design Studio featuring a comprehensive showroom with stage and presentation facilities, reception area, commercial kitchen, back of house offices and boardrooms; and last but by no means least, a striking feature wall using Brickworks’ newly released ‘Poesia’ glass brick range and the first of its kind in Australia.

MOSMAN BMW

RBG delivered the first bespoke BMW ‘5 series and above’ dealership in Australia. The retrofitted showroom features the latest in interior decor, lighting and joinery. The newly installed full height glazing and frame-less pivot doors showcase the latest in BMW’s prestige range, including the 7 series and i8. The exterior of the building was clad in white alocobond which contrasts perfectly against the signature BMW signage making the premium showroom standout in its prime retail location on one of the busiest roads in Sydney.

ST ALOYSIUS COLLEGE

The project entailed the partial demolition of one-of-two existing residential terraces and the conversion of both terraces into an administrative office across two levels and a basement. RBG were responsible for the installation of soft furnishings, fittings and equipment; the supply and installation of all associated services including Mechanical, Fire, Hydraulic and Electrical; along with external heritage façade works which involved the relocation of existing windows to allow for new floor levels within the new design.

BRICKWORKS BRISBANE

The Brickworks design studio project involved the entire face lift of the existing studio. The studio now provides the space to function more efficiently for events and a for an individual and detailed customer experience for their customers. Through the installation of built-in cupboards and mobile storage joinery units, the Brickworks products can now be displayed in a contemporary and user-friendly way, whilst providing a space-saving solution to the team.

BRICKWORKS PERTH

The Brickworks Design Centre involved the fitout of a new, exciting space for Brickworks WA, comprising of a design centre, product warehouse and office space. The Design Centre provides a sophisticated and stylish space for architects, designers, and retail customers. It houses an extensive selection of building materials, creating an impressive building product library boasting everything from brick, block and stone, timber and cladding, to concrete and roof tiles. The fitout included innovative product displays to showcase the various building products and ease the customers selection process.

BENTLEY SHOWROOM

Complete structural upgrade of the Bentley Showroom mezzanine floor to allow for an extra 100sqm of premium elevated floor space and 700sqm of ground floor retail space. The double height glazing encloses the mezzanine whilst the ground floor glazing features both automatic and bi fold sections to enable vehicular access on to the trading floor. Both levels feature set ceilings, new services and lighting layout and Italian tiles finished with custom imported Bentley joinery.

LAMBORGHINI SHOWROOM

Complete refurbishment of a double height glazed showroom and retail space featuring new set ceilings, imported lights and Italian floor tiles. Structural modification to showroom floor was required to allow for vehicle access through new bi-fold double height glazed doors to the façade. The showroom was then completed with floating dark joinery and coffee bar.

REDLANDS

RBG has completed the following three stages of work at the SCECGS Redlands school. The works included:

k Conversion of an existing single story dwelling to a commercial workshop for the school facilities manager. Works involved partial demolition of the existing building and construction of 130m2, slab on ground, brick veneer extension.

k Refurbishment and conversion of existing residential apartment buildings at 7 and 8 Monford Place to music classrooms and staff offices.

k Demolition of existing building at no 1 Gerard Street and construction of a hard stand and access way into the site ready for installation of new temporary classrooms.

k Commissioning of the temporary classrooms including electrical, fire and hydraulic services.

k Demolition of four buildings (3,5,7 and 9 Gerard Street) including removal and clearing of the vegetation on the site.

k These works were completed while the school remained occupied and involved regular coordination with the school management.

An open plan, polished concrete modern office fitout featuring KROST furniture. The oversized feature kitchen with Caesarstone island combined with a pool table and grand stand creates a dramatic backdrop within the working environment. The signature DWA surfboard light completes the picture.

TOTAL SYNERGY

A minimalist approach to the floor and ceiling create a spacious feeling in the Total Synergy office, whilst the plywood ‘meeting pods’ and auditorium encourage highly activated work spaces for all workplace interactions such as staff internal meetings and client presentations. The oversized generous kitchen and gaming area is ideal for staff gatherings or client functions. Overall the Total Synergy fitout is a leading example of modern day offices.

MR & MRS JONES

Shop fitout refurbishment in one of Sydney Iconic buildings, the QVB. The project consisted of a completed shop strip out within the heritage building, installation of bespoke custom made joinery and a complete rebuild of double glass doors to match the existing heritage facades within the mall. All works were completed after hours.

BUTLERS

The fitout of the Butlers for Hair salon in Mosman included the demolition of the existing ceilings and floor coverings and construction of a new hairdressing salon. The new fitout featured herringbone vinyl plank flooring, set ceilings with decorative cornice, panelled walls and bevelled mirrors. The works included new electrical and hydraulic services and reconfiguration of the existing mechanical services.

RBG completed a range of projects on the Redlands Senior School Campus during 2016. This included enabling works for the Master Plan’s future New Learning Hub and the construction of a new Facilities building.
