Dear Golf Enthusiast,

We cordially invite you to join us by participating in the 18th Annual South Texas Farm & Ranch Show Golf

Tournament to be held in conjunction with the South Texas Farm & Ranch Show. The tournament will begin at 1:00 PM

on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at The Club at Colony Creek golf course in Victoria. We are holding this tournament to

raise funds for the local educational scholarships we support and to have fun while doing so.

Last year the proceeds from the Show supported scholarships totaling $19,000.00 to area students. Our plans for 2021

are even more ambitious and the funds raised from this tournament will help us meet our goals. This year’s tournament

will include a “Hole in One” contest featuring a Silverado ¾ ton pickup sponsored by Atzenhoffer Chevrolet.

As stated in the enclosed invitation, entry fee is $400 per team ($100 per player). We have minimized the entry fee cost

to enhance participation. Most of the entry fee cost will go toward green and cart fees, food, beverages, and prize money.

Therefore, Hole Sponsorships of $100 each are being solicited to raise additional funds for scholarships. We would

appreciate your consideration in being a sponsor for this event. As a sponsor, you will be given first priority in entering

your own team in the tournament, if you so desire. Sponsor signs will be displayed on the tee boxes.

We hope that you will make a commitment to support us. Should you decide to be a sponsor we would like a

commitment by October 20th so that we have time to print signs that best represent you or your company. Please

submit the information as you would like it to be displayed. We will be glad to review this with you. *This year we are offering combined sponsorships for the show along with the golf tournament. See sponsor page for more information.
