1/12 2 Did You Hear That? Listen up! Many of us find it harder to hear as we get older, but there are simple ways to counter the effects of age on auditory abilities.

1/19 3 De-Stress Yourself Stress is the body’s “fight or flight” response to a threat, to change to a new situation. It’s perfectly normal to feel stress once in awhile, but when it be comes chronic, it can affect brain health and memory.

1/26 4 Food for Thoughts You can boost brain health by following a diet high in omega-3 fatty acids; brightly colored fruits and veggies; whole grains; and lean proteins – such as the Mediterranean Diet.
