SEVEN YEARS BACK, WHEN DEXTER WAS STARTED
We aimed to be the biggest company in service industry in India. We wanted to be a significant player in the social sector across domains like Education, Healthcare, Urban Infrastructure, Rural Development etc. We planned to reach every small location in India which has so many businesses but no quality service providers of professional services. We dreamed of building an organization which will nurture the best of every individual’s entrepreneurial instinct. We set ourselves to build a team and a culture where we can all happily say that we are having the time of our lives and doing some real great work.
TODAY We have learnt what it is to actually build a business, and we strongly believe that we can be the biggest company in service industry in India. We have developed significant credentials in the social sector across domains, with more than 350 projects in research and consulting – having worked for Govt., Semi-govt., Not-for-profit and corporates in the area. We have worked in more than 600 cities and towns of India, and understand the ground reality much better – and plan to therefore expand to all major Tier II and III locations quickly. We have been able to build a young and dynamic team who are as entrepreneurial as they get. We have certainly had a lot of fun, and plan to continue to do so.
