Gii thiu chung v dextran: a. nh ngha dextran: Dextran l mt polymer sinh hc, phn ln c tng hp t cc vi khun Lactic, c cc monomer l cc gc glucose lin kt vi nhau nh lin kt 1,6-glucoside.
