Process

Visit DHA website www.dha.gov.ae

Click on Licensing Services

Read the DHA instructions and click on Sheryan

Watch the Video to “Learn how to apply for a new professional license”

Register, complete the online application form, Pay the DHA fee and Submit.

What happens next?

• After you complete the process, your application will be checked and reviewed by DHA Health Regulation Department

• Approved applicants will be moved to DataFlow.

• Within 24 to 48 hours, applicants will receive an email from DataFlow with the details of PSV payment

Visit the link appearing in the DataFlowemail and make the payment

Within 24 to 48 hours from the Date of Payment, DataFlow will forward the application back to DHA Health Regulation Department and initiate the Verification process.

Upon completion of the Verification, DataFlow will update DHA portal with the PSV result

Each Package includes the verification of:- 1 Educational qualification- 1 Health license- Required years of experience as per DHA requirements*In case additional degree, license or employment certificate are required by DHA, an additional cost of 200 AED per document will be added to the total to be paid

Paid Dataflow Fees are refundable, incase Applicant requests for a refund within 48 hours from the time of making the payment or in case of any

additional payment made due to ignorance/mistakenly shall be refunded

Appeal Process

• Facility/applicants to contact DataFlow by email at dha@dataflowgroup.com regarding Negative and Unable to Verify applications.

• DataFlow will advise the steps to follow or documents to provide in order to proceed with the re-verification

• DataFlow will inform the facility/applicants about the new result and update DHA system.
