Die Hard Game
League Rules 2011
ALL models, for ALL game systems must be painted to a 3-color minimum standard unless otherwise specified in
the event rules. If you cannot meet this requirement you can still play, however, you will receive no points for
painting and will never been in the running for best appearance.
Units must always be represented by appropriate models. This is the single, most important rule. The 'What You
See Is What You Get' (WYSIWYG) rule is in effect. That means all units MUST be easily identifiable as the particular
choice they represent and that any and all weapons/options taken for a unit MUST be clearly represented on the
model(s). Models not appropriately represented will be removed from the game.
Unless otherwise specified in the event rules, your army should be primarily constructed of models from the given
game system and the appropriate model range(s). Supplementing your army with models from outside the gamesystem is acceptable but should NOT be the norm.
The size and shape of all model bases MUST be appropriate for the given game system. Models, such as vehicles,
that do not require bases MUST maintain the intended size, shape, aesthetic consistency and height of the model
represented.
Scratch built models and conversions can be used for units, but must adhere to the following guidelines:
o Models may NOT contain significant elements of pre-assembled and/or pre-painted models or toys.
o Models MUST be consistent with the look and feel of the game system they belong in. Scratch built models
should aesthetically evoke the production-quality models they are intended to represent.
o Models MUST adhere to all the above restrictions.
Individuals MUST use the same army list throughout the current point restriction (i.e. a 1000 point list cant change
during play until the next level of points is allowed)
The Warhammer 40,000 5th Edition Rules and all relevant Games Workshop Errata and FAQs will be used.
The INAT FAQ (v4.3.1, updated 02.09.2011) and the INAT IA/Apoc Appendix (v2.0, updated 02.08.11) will be used
to resolve additional rules disputes.
Each individual must provide their opposing individual a copy of their individual army list. Additionally, a copy of the list
must be provided to league officials.
Each individual may field a maximum of one Imperial Armor/Apocalypse unit following the rules and restrictions as
noted in the AdeptiCon 2011 Allowable Imperial Armor & Apocalypse Units rules (www.adepticon.org). Units allowed in
this event will have TT noted in the Event column. Individuals utilizing an approved Forge World item must provide a
copy of the character/armor characteristic sheet to the opposing individual and league officials.
Individual units that may have multiple rules versions will follow the rules presented in that army's codex. Yes, this
means a Black Templar Land Raider will function differently than a standard Space Marine Land Raider. Please take the
time to review the relevant GW/AdeptiCon FAQ's for clarifications.

Individuals must bring all materials needed to play a game and report the results, including dice, measuring devices,
templates, and a writing implement.
If illegal units or rules violations are found in a player's list, at a minimum, the models in violation will be removed from
all subsequent play. League points may be deducted and award eligibility may be forfeited.
If you have questions about something ask a judge, dont just assume it is what you think it is.
