GARRETT WOHLFORDWohlford will play a key role in the Falcons chances of winning the MLC regular season title and earning the

No. 1 seed in the MLC Tournament. He ranks second na-tionally with a .644 save percentage and is averaging

10.8 saves per game.

The MLC regular season ti-tle is on the line Saturday, as both the Spartans and Falcons are 5-0 in league

play. The winner will clinch the No. 1 seed.

Something has to give during the matchup, as both teams are ranked top-15 nationally in scor-ing margin (Aurora at 5 - 16.3, CUW at 15 - 6.2 ).

If CUW has an edge today, it is scoring man-up goals. They have 12 in MLC play, while Auro-ra tallied just four.

The Falcons have had difficulties against the Spartans over the last five years, losing all six matchups. Aurora has

won each matchup by a combined score of 87-49. Both teams met twice last season, with the first being a 14-8 win for Aurora on its home turf (April 18) and the second was a 14-11 victory for the Spartans (also on their home turf on May 2) during the Midwest Lacrosse Conference Tournament Championship game.
