The eSign Server software provides a fully web-based room booking and management interface. Layouts can be freely created and all relevant data, such as event title, start and end times, company logo, etc. can be maintained and updated. You can manage and book an unlimited number of rooms. To visualize booking data on displays (e.g. digital door signs and overview boards) these are to be licensed with eSign features depending on the type of output-device. Our eSign Server includes an interface for automatic data import from third-party systems (such as MS Exchange, Google Calendar or .xml / .csv import).

The easescreen Management Server (MMS) is the central component used to manage POV Clients and dramatically increase the performance of high-volume data transfers. Depending on the requirements the MMS offers advantages for central administration of the clients, automated distribution of content, schedules and media data. Server administration is done using the Configuration Manager. Thanks to an integrated da-tabase server numerous monitoring and reporting functions, such as playlogs for billing or continuous monitoring of system components, help to keep track of things.
