Heidi is the Managing Partner of Merilampi and a partner at Merilampi’s Dispute Resolution Team. Prior to joining Merilampi, Heidi worked as a Director at the Finland Chamber of Commerce, heading its Dispute Resolution Services, and as the Secretary General of the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce (FAI). The possibilities that digitalization, legal design and legal tech can offer have been among the business development activities both at Finland Chamber of Commerce/FAI and at Merilampi.

Ann and Helena are founders of Virtual Intelligence VQ, an innovative entrepreneurial company focusing on digitalisation of the legal sector. They are pioneers in legal tech, being able to combine the practice of law with innovation and IT skills, and have developed several innovative legal solutions such as VQ Legal, and the AI tool TrueAgreement. In 2017 VQ won the Swedish Legal Innovation Award for its pioneering impact on the legal market.
