2. Logging in Click on this link:https://appsrv.pace.edu/digitalmeasures/ and login to DigitalMeasures using yourPortal Username andPassword. Or, login to your PacePortal account and clickdigital measures underFaculty Resources. 3. First Step- Managing Activities Click on the right handsidebar ManageYour Activities. Youwill see a list ofunderlined areas. These are theheadings you will beworking with tocomplete your profile. 4. How to enter fields Click on the underlined area you would like to adddata to, for example Awards and Honors. Then click on Add a New Item. 5. How to enter fields contd Complete the blank fields and then click on Saveand Return to save your changes. If you are adding multiple items in the samecategory, choose Save and Add Another. 6. How to update pre-enteredinformationDigital Measures comes preloaded with Bannerinformation, to change or update this information: Login to whitepages.pace.edu Click on the Edit Your Info tab and click Display NameEditor and enter your username and password to edityour display name Click on Profile Editor to edit secondary campus,primary/secondary building and room number, cell phonenumbers, etc. If other information is incorrect (division/department/jobtitle) please enter a request at the Help Desk:https://help.pace.edu/helpdesk/WebObjects/Helpdesk.woa After White Pages has been updated, contact AcademicTechnology so we can refresh this information 7. How to upload full text articles First, click onIntellectualContributions. Scroll down to thebottom, and click onStore File. This allows you tobrowse your computerfor the full-text of theitem. Be sure to click onSave and Return tosave your full textarticle! 8. How to print out a copy of yourCV At the bottom of the Manage Your Activitiespage you will see tabs that say: Rapid Reports,PasteBoard, Hide Click the Rapid Reports tab 9. A box will appear allowing you to request aspecific report (i.e. Awards and Honors,Publications) or an entire CV (select Vita in thedropdown) Specify a period of time (i.e. 1990-2012), selectthe file type and click Run Report 10. How to update Faculty ActivityReport (FAR) information FORLUBIN ONLY Under the GeneralInformation tab, clickFaculty ActivityReport NarrativeQuestions. Then, click Add a NewItem. The tenquestions will appear.We suggest typing youranswers in MicrosoftWord first, and thenpasting them in to theDigital Measures form. The calendar year is2012. Next, click Save andReturn. 11. How to print the FAR informationFOR LUBIN ONLY On the lower right hand corner of the screen clickRapid Reports. Use the dropdown menu to choose Faculty ActivityReport. Pick a date range and click Run Report. 12. How to update Faculty ActivityReport (FAR) information FORSEIDENBERG ONLY Under the GeneralInformation tab, clickSeidenberg FacultyActivity Report NarrativeQuestions. Then, click Add a NewItem. The 4 questions willappear. We suggest typingyour answers in MicrosoftWord first, and then pastingthem in to the DigitalMeasures form. The calendar year is 2013. Next, click Save andReturn. 13. How to print the FAR information FORSEIDENBERG ONLY On the lower right hand corner of the screen click RapidReports. Use the dropdown menu to choose Seidenberg FacultyActivity Report.
