Ineffective Cooling or Heating

Check of outdoor coil(heat exchanger) & the fanoperation.

Check gas leakage.

Repair gas leak.

Replacement of unit if theunit is beyond repair.

Satisfactory operation withtemperature difference ofinlet & outlet air ;COOLING : 7~10°CHEATING : 15~17°C

Check heat load increase incooling operation.

Unexpected residue

Added electrical utencil

Check of inside gaspressure.

Adjust refrigerantcharge.

In general, possible trouble is classified in two causes.The one is called Starting Failure which is caused from an electrical defect, and the other is Ineffective AirConditioning caused by a defect in the refrigeration circuit and improper application.

Wash it by means ofsomething like chemicalwashing.

Extract air by vacuumpump, then replenish(charge) the refrigerant.

Read just it to normaloperating pressure.(Note)Don't alternate thespecified adjustingpressure. If the adjustedpressure exceed thespecified range, it willcause a great accident.

Replenish therefrigerant. Repair thespot where it is leaked.

If reversed, connectinterchanged wires toeach terminal.Power wirings.
