Online Course Topic AreasNeuroscience of self-regulation

Develop your capacity to support your own self-regulation and assist those you lead to self-regulate through labelling, reappraisal, perspective taking, mindfulness and attention regulation.

Neuroscience of problem solving and decision making

Investigate the key areas of the brain involved in decision making and problem solving and the insights that have emerged around decision fatigue, multi-tasking and the role that emotions and memory play in decision making. Develop your capacity to make better decisions and create the conditions for insight for self and others to operate in a world that pays leaders to be great thinkers.

Neuroscience of collaboration and engagement

Delve into the concept of the brain as a social organ and the social needs that influence our willingness and capacity to engage or collaborate with others. While we are biolog-ically programed to connect with others, engagement is a choice to be made. Leaders set the engagement climate and support motivation in the workplace. Develop your capacity to create a positive and meaningful engagement experience in your workplace.

Neuroscience of facilitating sustainable change

Explore the concept of neuroplasticity and how hard it is for change to stick. While we are operating in a period of unprecedented change, our brains hate change. Develop your capacity to facilitate neuroplasticity and rewire the individual and collective mindsets of those you work with. Explore new ways of setting goals and facilitating change with the brain in mind.
