Direction on How to Use CSBA Gamut-Simbli

1. Click the meeting you would like to view.

Find the meeting and click it to open up the agenda. .

2. To view information about the District, Board, and Superintendent, click either of the two home buttons on the screen.

3. The Board members are listed on this home page along with their photos and bios. Access to Board Policies, Administrative Regulations, Exhibits and the District homepage are also accessible through the Gamut-Simbli public page.

Click the Board member’s name. Click District Policies to get to TVUSD Board Policies, Administrative Regulations and Exhibits.

4. To access information on the Superintendent and another way to access information on Board members, go to ‘About Us’ on the right upper hand portion of the screen. Click either ‘Board of Education’ or ‘Superintendent’ for their contact information and bios.

Click ‘About Us’ for a box to appear.

5. Along the top bar of the home page, you can access District social media accounts, search board meetings using exact phrases or words, make it an ADA Accessible View, change the language and make the text bigger.

6. To get back to meetings from the home page, click the Meetings on the upper right hand side.

7. To read the agenda of a meeting, click a meeting on the meeting page and you can view the agenda outline.

8. To read about an item, click the item. The outline of the agenda will go to the left hand side and information on the item will be displayed on the right hand side. The information and attachments associated with that item will appear on the right hand side.
