Join this trip if you are interested in discovering the origins of the traditional Sicilian and Mediterranean cuisine through a 5 –day cooking course offered in the private home of an Italian lady who is passionate about cooking and an expert in Sicilian cuisine.For a full week you will enjoy a wonderful accommodation in an ancient Sicilian palazzo belonging to a noble family, will explore some treasures of the Arab presence in Sicily and visit the greatest collection of Sicilian and Neapolitan majolica tiles in a private home-museum. And last, but not least, you will enjoy the Mediterranean sea!
