When the merchan-dise has been received, it can be tracked through inspection and restocking or sent back to the repair department or to your vendor with tracking.

Our system automatically processes all inventory and accounting transactions. Specialized inquiry functions help your customer service depart-ment keep the client informed of each step of the process. An automated buyback function lets you credit your client and create a pre-approved buyback order. CHARGEBACKS

The TRAVERSE Distribution to Major Retailers application helps your Accounts Receivable department research and resolve disputed chargebacks. A simple cash receipts function provides one-step data entry to log the charge-back amount, the client’s reference number, the reason for the chargeback, and comments. The application posts the invoice as paid and opens a Chargeback Debit Memo with the required information.

The chargebacks can then be printed separately from the Accounts Receivable Aged Trial-Balance, and can be sorted by customer, reason, amount, date, and other criteria. The chargeback can be posted to a separate GL Account for each reason. A special chargeback confi rmation document can then be generated and mailed to the client.
