Design Districts Working in Consortia
• Consortia forms an “umbrella” advisory council whose membership consists of individuals from all districts, consisting of administrators and teachers
• Each district should provide 2-5 members, depending on its capacity
• This group will meet to lay the foundation in the overarching principles of the work
Design Districts Working in Consortia
• Each district will then form its own leadership team, with a coach assigned to each district
• Districts may decide to team with other districts inside the consortia
• Districts may then rely on the wisdom of the larger group while still having the opportunity to address their unique circumstances
