Okinawa-They hold a no Risk Block• An IEEE specific link will be provided as part of
the web registration.• No deposit required at time of booking BUT,
full amount will be charged 21 days in advance of arrival
• Block will be held until July 20 when 40% will be released with an additional 20% on Aug 20
• Booking before July 20 is STRONGLY encouraged. Unless you are Japanese, staying in Naha would be a challenge.

Hotel Cancellation Policy• >21 days: No Cancellation Charge• Day 21: Credit Card is charged• 20-14 days: 10% of stay• 13-7 days: 20% of stay• 6-3 days: 50% of stay• <3 days: 100% of stay
Modifications to Bookings follows the same pattern except time is measured back from the day you wish to change & the value is the value of that night. So, If I booked for 8 days and want leave a day early and notify the hotel at check in, I would pay 20% of the cost of that night.
