(2) Press the IQ MFP button to begin

From a user’s desktop, select from the list of documents scanned from the mfp. This will open the indexer to allow identification of the document for easy retrieval.

You can also index and store documents from within any MS Office application.

A button on the toolbar launches the ImageQuest indexer.

Indexing from MS Outlook allows archiving of email. Choose the message, attachments or both.

Documents can also be added to the archive by using the familiar Windows Explorer.

Right click on an item and select Send To then ImageQuest. This will launch the indexer.
