• Take Me Home Pounds main goal is to provide shelter to stray and abused dogs until they are found a safe home. We also carry top of the line supplies for your k-9. We want customers to know not only can they find the perfect dog for them, but they can buy all of there supplies here for a good price, and in a friendly environment.

• Inventory Policies - Keep Constant Supply of

: dog food, treats and toys dog shampoo beds and

cages. Make sure our dogs are

taken care of and stay healthy.

• Weaknesses include not giving people enough time to take the dogs out before buying them

• My plan for development is to set up appointments for people when they can pick a time to see the dogs private.

I'm going to go into this business with Partnership with my sister, were going to start up the Pound with our personal savings, and getting loans from National City

Bank with our good credit.

• Take me home pound is going to attract customers by having a grand opening sale where everything in the store is half off. Were also going to be advertising with billboards on highways and if our income is good we are even thinking about doing a commercial.

• A common problem people have with having dogs is having to go out and by a lot of supplies over and over again.

• Our solution to this problem is we not only sell everything you need for your dog, but we sell food, treats and toys in large bulks so you don’t have to keep coming back every week to get items for your pup.

• When people think about getting a dog they are always worried about the health of dogs, especially when they are sitting in a pound.

• At Take Me Home Pound we have veterinarians come once a month to make sure our dogs are healthy and strong, up to date with shots too! We take very good care of the dogs and keep them feeling like there not alone in a pound and when the dogs look healthy and happy people are more likely to buy them

• Take me home pound will not only offer wonderful supplies you can buy your dog, but it will also give you a chance to see our dogs we rescue and keep safe. Our Pound will leave customers happy with there supplies and satisfied with the price they paid.

• Competition our Pound will have is dealing with Pet Supply Plus and Pet Stores at the malls. We have advantages because we have friendly & very helpful workers and very low prices. Our dogs are rescued from bad conditions and that will touch many families and convince them to buy our dogs and dog supplies. It is simply a store for dogs so people with dogs will be attracted to our pound.

• Since Take Me Home Pound is a rescue center for animals were going to have veterinarians come and volunteer to keep our animals healthy. If by any means a dog gets very sick we will do fundraisers to help any dog ill.

• Dogs will be sold at different prices depending on age, size and how long they have been at the pound. The dogs will be in a price range from 95-150 dollars

• Dog Food will be 20 dollars in large bulk that will last up to four months

• Smaller cans of food, treats, and toys range any where from 5-15 dollars

• Dog cages range from 15-25 dollars

• Technology Requirements: -Computer for keeping track of who adopts the

dogs & to order supplies -Cameras and an alarm system to keep the

pound safe

Personnel Requirements: - Workers to help stock shelves, ring up

customers - Workers to help feed, groom and play with the

dogs
