Dominican’s Graduate School of Library and Information Science has long been a presence on Chicago’s higher education landscape, first offering library science programs in the 1930s.For more than 80 years, we’ve been there. two years at the University Center of Lake County in Grayslake, Illinois. Beginning in Fall 2012, you may earn an MLIS in
two years on the weekends, taking classes mostly on the Main Campus but also online, downtown, and at UCLC. We do not offer a separate, online-only MLIS;
however, many courses are offered online or in a hybrid format.
