there are some examples of the dosxyznrc input file in HEN_HOUSE/user_codes/dosxyznrc/DOSXYZnrc_examples but when you run the simulation, you must copy the inputfile (*.egsinp) to the directory egsnrc_mp/dosxyznrc open the DOSXYZnrc GUI, file/load a previous file, then choose the inputfile (dosxyznrc_test.egsinp), choose the PEGS4 data the example use the default values, define the phantom, the example use non-CT data inputs, you can use CT DICOM files to create the real phantom with the tool ctcreate.

there are some examples of the dosxyznrc input file in HEN_HOUSE/user_codes/dosxyznrc/DOSXYZnrc_examplesbut when you run the simulation, you must copy the inputfile (*.egsinp) to the directory egsnrc_mp/dosxyznrc

open the DOSXYZnrc GUI, file/load a previous file, then choose the inputfile (dosxyznrc_test.egsinp), choose the PEGS4 data

the example use the default values, define the phantom, the example use non-CT data inputs, you can use CT DICOM files to create the real phantom with the tool ctcreate.

when you set the source parmeters, dont forget to use the phase-space source you simulated in the BEAMnrc

after all these have done , just save the file asand you can compile and run the simulation.

Good luck
