GCPL Facility Badge Process (For work done OUTSIDE a major Dow site.A Dow representative wants to utilizethe services of a contractor company

Contract employee needs to go to the Freeport, Seadrift, Houston, Texas City, or Baton Rouge area Safety Council for GCPL Site Specific and Dow Basic Plus

Safety Council issue an approved Associated Reciprocal Safety Council

(ASRC) Card.

Contract employee will go to Emergency Services & Security(ES&S) at a Dow

Site to request a GCPL contractor badge.

ES&S will verify whether the company is approved to work for GCPL by looking up the respective company in the

contractor Gate Access Database under the Seadrift site.

A Dow representative must contact the Dow-GCPL purchasing representative to qualify the company before a GCPL

badge can be issued.
