The2019-2020schoolyearisthefirstyearforwhichallschooluniformgarmentsmustbepurchasedfromoursupplier,TopMarks(www.topmarks.ca-SchoolCodeisWCA01).Thereareonlytwoexceptions–socksandshoes.TopMarksdoessupplysocksandnavytightsbutthoseitemsdonotneedtobepurchasedfromthem.Uniformpiecesfromouroldsuppliers(HalpernandInSchoolwear)oranygenericbrandswillnolongerbeacceptedandwouldbeconsideredauniforminfraction.WesleyChristianAcademyhasthreeuniforms,dependingonthestudent’sscheduleandthedayoftheweek.

UniformReminders
• Blackindoorshoesmustbecompletelyblackandhavenon-markingsoles.• Undershirts,ifworn,mustbeplainwhiteandnotshowbelowtheendsofsleevesandatcollarsetc.Studentsshouldonlywearoneundershirt
beneaththeiruniformshirt.• Greencardigansarenottobewornwiththegymuniform–ifwarmerwearisdesiredwiththegymuniform,theWesleyAthleticshoodedfull-zip
sweatshirtshouldbepurchased.• Girlsnavysocksmustbekneesocks,notankleorcrewsocks.• Boysgreysocksmustnotbeankleorsportsocks.• Jewelryshouldbemodestandtasteful.Femalestudentsarelimitedtooneearringperear.Malestudentsarenotpermittedtowearstudsorearrings.
Allotherbodypiercingisprohibitedforbothfemaleandmalestudents.• Hairaccessoriesmustalsobeunobtrusive,incoloursthatmatchtheuniformorblendwithhair.Hairbandsandponytailholdersareavailablefromthe
supplierintheDressGordonTartan.• Pleaseensureyourchild’suniformisingoodrepairandfitswellthroughouttheentireschoolyear.• Pleasebesuretolabelallschooluniformitems,gymclothing,schoolbagsorknapsacks,hats,mitts,boots,etc.
