Objectives & Guiding Principles
•Provide SMT Content Admin the ability to publish new flash content on public or private unauthenticated homepage
•Provide SMT the ability to manage content both the authenticated and unauthenticated pages for all user types
•This Storyboard addresses 2 CRs and 1 Function Requirement:–CR033: Create a News Flash on the SMT Login and Landing Page
Create a news flash that displays on both the login and user home pages. Dual locations will allow customers who are not yet registered on SMT to see the news flash as well as registered customers that may bookmark the user home page.
–CR034: Update FAQ FunctionalityUpdate FAQ Functionality by creating the ability for the FAQs to be quickly updated without the need to submit
a CR. FAQs will need to be modified and added to as functionality on SMT increases. The Customer needs to be able to have access to this information as soon as it is available. The SMT helpdesk needs to have the ability to update or add to the FAQs quickly in response to call volume related to various customer questions.
