Designed to give young children a head start on swimming, to get
comfortable in the water and begin to work on basic skills while interacting
with instructor and other children in a fun and safe environment. Parents
and children learn together to increase a childs comfort level in the waterand build a foundation of basic skills, such as arm and leg movements
and breath control. Lessons are fun-lled and help introduce water safety
concepts, encouraging a healthy recreational habit that your entire family

AQUATIC EXERCISEAI CHI
Ai Chi is a water-based total body strengthening and relaxa
progression that bridges East and West philosophies, and integr
mental, physical, and spiritual energy. It combines Tai-Chi concepts
Shiatsu and Watsu techniques, and is performed standing in shoul
depth water using a combination of deep breathing and slow, b
movements of the arms, legs, and torso. The Ai Chi progression m
from simple breathing, to the incorporation of upper-extremity, tr
lower-extremity, and nally total body involvement. A perfect relaxa
technique for highly stressed, over-challenged clients, and is idea
creating improved range of motion and mobility.

Learn the skills needed to be a competitive swimmer. This program is

ability to swim front crawl 50 yards, back crawl 50 yards, breaststroke 25

TAI CHI CHAUN, THE SECRET YANG LONG FORM
Tai Chi Chuan or Taijiquan traditionally has been passed down through
families. Each family would develop a form which is comprised of a
sequence of movements. The Secret Yang Long Form is a form taught
in the inner circle of the Yang Family. This class will be taught in a more
traditional manner with an emphasis on the foundational principles
and basic movements. As the students progress they will be taught
more challenging movements as well as being exposed to the martial
art applications. The class will be taught by Dr. Gregory Borgerson who
learned this form over thirty ve years ago from Hok Hoi Lui.

EDUCATION & CHILDCAREThe Early Child Curriculum is designed around the Creative Curriculum.
The Creative Curriculum is an educational component with lessons
plans that support each childs physical, intellectual, emotional, social,
and language development.
PRESCHOOLOur preschool program encourages social, emotional, cognitive, and
physical development in each and every child, using Creative Curriculum
to provide the best foundations for growth. Creative Curriculum is an
educational component with lesson plans that also support intellectual
development and language development. Children must be potty
trained. Daily snacks are included.
