• Solution: Interviewo Questions: institutional policy, "preferred" usages, technical infrastructure,
teaching aids to teachers, needs.
o Profiles of the participants: E-Learning coordinator, university teachers, instructional designers, secondary school teachers, e-learning researchers, etc.
o Institutions: Universities (Geneva, Zurich, Fribourg, Lausanne), EPFL, Universities of Teacher Education (Vaud, St Gallen, Zurich, Brig), Continuing Education (Geneva), University Hospital (Geneva).

o Institutional policy: under implementation. o “Prefered” usages: collect productions, reflect, present, Personal
Development Planning (PDP), support formal training - « Learning to Learn ». o Contents: learning productions, reports of professional experiences, skills
acquired by students (soft and hard skills).
o Systems: Mahara, LMS modules (ILIAS, OLAT, Chamilo, etc.).

o Pedagogic needs: providing documents (best practices, scenarios, etc.) workshops, and training for teachers and learners.
o Technical needs: adaptat Mahara for a better pedagogical usage (templates, students monitoring, competency management), ensure the interoperability and the sustainability of the contents.

o ensure the interoperability and the sustainability of its contents
