20% • SupportSalesTeamwithCRMdataentry,workflowandtasksforfollowingupwithclientsandagents,includingmonitoringofpotentialactivitytomaintainaccuratesalespipeline.

15% • ProvideorganizeddataandhighlysynchronizedschedulestoSalesteamtoincreasetheproductivitywithclients;andsupportofagentservicerequirements.

15% • Analyzesalesandcostdata;preparereportsasneededforSalesteam;provideactionablerecommendations.10% • Provideserviceandsupporttosalesteamandsalespartnerswithcarrier(airline,steamshipline,co-loaderor

domestictruckingcompany)selection,documentationandschedulerequests.5% • Scheduleandorganizeactivitiessuchasmeetings,travel,conferencesanddepartmentactivitiesforallmembers

• Use hands/fingers to handle or feel. This person constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer, printer.

• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust

focus. • This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open

Work Environment • This job operates in a professional office environment, clerical, office setting. • Indoors office, controlled temperature environment. • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and

Posit ion Type and Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and typical work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel No travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience in high energy and velocity Sales and Service environment.• Ability to communicate (read and write) effectively in a business environment in English

and Spanish. • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office

• One (1) year of prior experience within the NVOCC Transportation industry and/or Freight Forwarding industry.
