• Reference check through certified agencies ( we have concessional arrangement with some),
• Technical interview panel from different industries can be arranged,
• Availability of our team to co-ordinate interviews at the Interview venue ( if in Delhi there are no charges)
Terms and Conditions
Achyutam observes strong ethical governance and principles;• Provide candidates on their Merits who fulfil to the client’s
parameters,• Works in best interest of the clients and the candidates,• Does not charge any fee from candidates,• Does not offer positions to employees who are working with our
Clients,
Professional Fee:
• One month’s Gross Salary of the candidate placed, Subject to a minimum fee of USD 1,500. The fees is payable within 2 weeks of joining of candidate.
• In case the candidate leaves the organisation within 3 months, we will provide a suitable replacement at no charge.
• A candidate referred by our company for any job listing, if hired by client in a period of 12 months from the date of our referral, then the our professional fees will accrue and payable to us.
