Who are we…?

• Our partnership approach is strategic, building a knowledge of and relationship with our clients then working alongside them.

• We respect the spirit as well as the letter of all guidelines we follow. • We meet the demanding ethical and professional standards set in both

Public and Private sectors, which we apply to all of our work. • In particular we respect the privacy of both clients and candidates,

liaising closely with both throughout the process, providing appropriate levels of feedback.

• Our assessment process is based on competencies.• We tailor solutions to match the individual client need. • We never forget that the best candidate may come from an unexpected

source. • Most important of all, we have a strong record of delivery.

Executive Search – Proactively research, target and attract the most appropriate candidates with the best skill sets, from all relevant sectors, nationally or internationally, who may not be actively looking for a move.

Executive Selection - Cast a wide net at speed, openly or in confidence, via well drafted advertising in conventional and e-based media to source top level candidates.

Interim Management – Cost effective solutions during a period of change or for a specific project. Proven Executives, well known to us, who “hit the floor running” to meet a medium or short term need.

Talent Management – Identifying the best candidates as they arise for key clients, through a deep understanding of the client culture and organisational needs.

Management Assessment & Support – Use of psychometrics and assessment techniques to verify an individual and fit with the team, can also include assessment of existing management team. Also including coaching and development support to the managers on an ongoing basis.
