INTEGRATED HEALTH PROGRAM (IHP)Our IHP team of professionals includes a nurse care manager, care coordinators, peer support specialists, and family peersupport specialists working together with your medical healthcare providers to coordinate care for any behavioral,physical, and social needs you may have.
THE TREATMENT TEAM Our team consists of professionals inpsychiatry, psychiatric nursing, psychology, counseling, and social work.
FEESFees for services we provide are determined by family size, gross income, and county/region of residence. Prior to first appointment, our Support Staff will ask for specific financial and insurance information. The feel will be determined based upon this information. Payment is expected at time services are received.
