•and getting people in

and relive them.

Energy Generation
•Emotions are the driving
force behind humans.
•The positive emotions
generated, in turn
generates a lot of energy.
•And suddenly the group
finds itself to be energized.

• The energy generated is strong
enough for people to Dream of
a positive future.
• This is an excellent example of
the inherent potential in all
human beings – waiting to be

• They are able to collectively
think of a positive future,
which otherwise might not
have been considered.

CASE 1 AI in merger of two teams and
define a new Vision.
Discover their own strengths and
that of the other team too.
Dream a future for the new
organisation.
• The emotions were positive and
energy high.
Design the path to the future.
• However the teams were left to
themselves to implement the
Actions generated.
The team seemed to have lost their
way in the path towards their destiny.
RESULT :
It was not an issue of intent
or willingness,
but lack of awareness and
sensitivity towards the effort
needed to sustain,

CASE 2 AI to improve engagement and
define purpose and vision.
The Dream, Discover and Design
phases were similar to Case 1.
In contracting, we sensitized the
manager about the need to
sustain the energy.
Actions were generated with a
clear owner defined.
Monthly follow-up meetings
were scheduled.
RESULT :
Self lead task forces
Progress reporting on a
monthly basis..
The team made a steady
progress towards their destiny.
